System substructure

Ideal basis for a simplified mounting of systems

Whole sections are equipped with the system substructure basic grid below deck, or partial sections are equipped in pre-defined areas. This forms the basis for simplified mounting of systems without the time-consuming installation of individual brackets.

Hot work is minimised in pre-assembly. The prefabrication of weld holders is no longer necessary, since the system substructure is secured with welding studs.
In the case of subsequent conversions or modifications during the building phase, the system substructure can be easily extended or modified.
Weight saving thanks to the system substructure as several trades make use of the basic grid (pipe fitters and electricians use the same substructure, for example).
No more painting work is required after installation on board, as the profiles of the system substructure are supplied already coated or galvanised.
Refit work and non-coordinated systems can be attached easily at any time.
